This Privacy Policy explains how AI Rush X (airushx.com) collects and uses personal data, and what rights you have. We keep data collection to the minimum needed to run the website and the newsletter.
1. Who is responsible for your data
The data controller is Supreme Commerce OOD, UIC 208832983, registered address: 45 Asenova Krepost St., 4016 Plovdiv, Bulgaria. Contact for all privacy questions: [email protected].
2. What data we collect and why
- Newsletter (AI Rush Hour). Your email address, and the date, time and IP address of your sign-up and confirmation. We use it only to send the newsletter you asked for. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR). You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
- Contact messages. Your name, email and the content of your message, used only to reply to you. Legal basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
- Website analytics. Anonymous or pseudonymous usage data such as pages visited, referring website, device and browser type and approximate country. We use it to understand which content is useful. Legal basis: your consent given through our cookie banner, or our legitimate interest where no cookies are used.
- Security and server logs. IP address, browser data and time of request, kept by our hosting provider and security tools to protect the site against spam, abuse and attacks. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR).
We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.
3. Cookies
We use strictly necessary cookies (for example to remember your language and your cookie choice) and, only with your consent, analytics cookies. You can change your choice at any time with the cookie button in the bottom corner of every page.
4. Service providers we use
- JetHost (Bulgaria) – website hosting and email.
- MailPoet – newsletter sending.
- Metricool (Spain) – website and social media analytics.
- Cloudflare Turnstile – spam protection on forms.
- Google Search Console – aggregated search performance data (no tracking of individual visitors).
These providers process data only on our instructions. Where a provider transfers data outside the EU/EEA, this is done under the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses or another lawful transfer mechanism.
5. Affiliate links and external websites
Some links on AI Rush X are affiliate links (see our Affiliate Disclosure). When you click one, the provider’s website may set its own cookies to track the referral. Links to social networks and other websites are governed by their own privacy policies.
6. How long we keep data
- Newsletter data: until you unsubscribe.
- Contact messages: up to 2 years after our last communication.
- Server and security logs: up to 90 days.
- Analytics data: up to 26 months, in aggregated form.
7. Your rights
Under the GDPR you have the right to access, correct or delete your data, to restrict or object to processing, to data portability, and to withdraw your consent at any time. To use any of these rights, write to [email protected]. We reply within one month.
You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Bulgarian Commission for Personal Data Protection (CPDP), 2 Prof. Tsvetan Lazarov Blvd., Sofia 1592, www.cpdp.bg.
8. Changes
We may update this policy when our services change. The date at the top shows the latest version.
